there’s no way to apply textures in tinkercad. you’d basically take a cylinder or sphere (whatever you want your cutout to be) and size it then duplicate it. then turn it into a hole and merge it with the walls of you model. it would likely increase your print time, unless your walls would have otherwise been solid.
