Microsoft Surface Pro will only run AutoCAD smoothly if it has the recommended specs. If you want to design 2D models, you will only need a 5th generation version with 8GB RAM and considerable storage space. In contrast, you would need a higher-performance laptop if you do complex 3D modeling.
