Issue:
When adding a custom paper size for several HP Plotters, using the PC3-editor, this paper size might missing, is not current, or incorrect.
Environment:
HP Plotter
Solution:
Add the custom paper size directly to the system printer before launching an AutoCAD-based product. In this case the Plot-dialog lists the previously added paper size(s) correctly.
Follow these steps:
- In Windows Search search for and open “Printers and Scanners”
- Select the printer and click button “Manage”.
- Click “Printing Preferences”. A dialog pops up.
Note: The appearance of the dialog is driver dependent and might be different by different HP drivers.
- Add the custom paper size.
