For deployments created via ‘Browser Download’ or ‘Download Now’

  3. Right-click Create And Modify A Deployment and select Properties.
  4. Edit Target Path to read as follows:
\server2deploymentAdminImagesetup.exe /MD
\server2deploymentAdminImagedeployment_name.ini /ML/language en-us
  1. Edit Start In Path to read as follows:
\server2deploymentAdminImage
  1. Double-click Create And Modify A Deployment.
  2. Select Modify An Existing Deployment Configuration.
  3. Make sure that the Administrative Image Path and Create Log File Path are correct.
  4. Click Next and follow prompts from the installer to completion.

The following video tutorial shows the process step by step.

For ‘Online Deployments’

One way to move the location of an online deployment is to
create a new online deployment while specifying the new location.

Another manner in which to change the deployment is to edit the original deployment’ batch file to reflect the new location.

  1. Navigate to the folder where the original deployment was written into.
  2. Open up the .bat file (batch file) associated with the folder, it should be in the root. To open the .bat file do one of the following:
    1. Right-click the file and choose the option to ‘edit’
    2. Add a .txt extension to the file, double-click, and choose to open using Notepad
  3. Replace the original directory location with the new one want to place the deployment package within by manually editing or using the ‘Replace All’ feature from within Notepad to expedite the process.
